The playoff chase continues as the lockout-shortened 2011-12 NBA season goes down to the wire. Two likely playoff teams will be facing off on Sunday night, as the Memphis Grizzlies head west to take on the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Lakers seem to have put their midseason struggles behind them for the moment, as they have gone 7-3 over their last 10 games and are currently in third place in the Western Conference. The Grizzlies, meanwhile, have lost three straight games. They are currently in sixth place in the Western Conference, but are in danger of dropping past the cut as the Houston Rockets and Denver Nuggets look to get back on track and the streaking Utah Jazz just won't stop winning.
Sunday night's game tips off at 10:30 p.m. ET at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The game will be televised nationally on ESPN.Rudy Gay Power Slam - Grizzlies vs Lakers 3/25/2012
