Manchester City vs. Blackburn Rovers 3-0 All Goals and Highlights Premier League- 02/25/12FULL TIME Manchester City 3 Blackburn Rovers 0 Steve Kean sent his Rovers team out with no ambition at all, and they never remotely looked like unsettling City. Mancini's team were just too good, the forward players switching positions regularly, their movement and probing mesmerising. Paul Robinson kept it down to 1-0 at half-time with Blackburn hoping to stay within one goal and then maybe fluke one late on. But then a horrible goalkeeping error by Robinson at the start of the second half ended the match as a contest. A canter for City, anything other than defeat was always most unlikely for Blackburn, and they never played like they thought they had a chance. They'll just hope they can raise their game against the teams they have realistic chances of beating. Thanks for following it with us and goodnight.
90+ mins: Problem for Rovers is that these City subs have points to prove: Milner looking very dangerous, as is Dzeko, but there's no further damage.
90 mins: We are having three minutes of extra time.
89 mins: This will be City's 13th home win of the season. Silva has the ball in the area. Can he cap a Man of the Match performance with a goal? No, delays too long and his shot is straight at Robbo. Who saves it, I should add. Not a given, after that goalkeeping blunder earlier....
86 mins: Maybe time for one more? Kolarov's free down the left yet again, but he drills it into the side-netting.
81 mins: Yaya Toure picks up his latest minor bump and Mancini decides to take him off before he gets hurt. James Milner on instead.
80 mins: Kean's only consideration now, as I think it might have been since the first goal in all honesty, is not taking a big hit in the goal difference wallet. His tactics would suggest that he had written this match off before a ball was kicked. Would he have taken 3-0 before kick-off? Maybe.
